The service

Tamadoggo is a personal journal and AI-assisted insights tool for dog owners, available as an iOS app and at tamadoggo.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Don’t share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password from the app or email us and we’ll help.

Subscriptions and billing

Tamadoggo Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe (on the web) or the App Store (on iOS). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time — for web subscriptions, through the Stripe Customer Portal at tamadoggo.com/manage; for App Store subscriptions, through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Cancellation stops future renewals. The current paid period continues to its end date — we don’t prorate refunds for partial periods. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 30 days and we’ll review.

Your content

The events, photos, and notes you log about your dog belong to you. We don’t claim ownership, and we don’t use your content to train AI models. We process it only to provide the features you use.

AI features

Tamadoggo Pro includes AI-generated insights and summaries. AI output is meant to help you spot patterns in your dog’s history — it is not veterinary advice and should never replace a vet’s judgement. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical questions.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Tamadoggo to do illegal things, harass others, abuse our infrastructure, or attempt to access accounts that aren’t yours. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you via email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
